中国石油集团济南动力总厂（中油济柴）始建于1920年，是我国最早生产柴油机的厂家之一。1996 年作为中石油首家试点企业进行股份制改造，组建起济南柴油机股份有限公司。中油济柴拥有国际先进水平的内燃机研发及试验设施，高柔性、数控化的核心部件加工设备，完善的质量检测及理化设备。年产中大功率内燃机及机组5000台以上。2008年营业总收入突破13亿元。
